Supporting artists is an extremely important part of our philosophy. Giving artists the skills to succeed inside and out of the studio.
Emily is offering one on one personalised coaching to creatives. You might be a dancer but you also might be a writer, an actor, a poet, a visual artist or just someone who likes to get creative.
Through 1 on 1 coaching sessions you will gain a clear insight in to what it is you really want. You will create a plan together with Emily, to really get you going and get you excited about your future. Coaching will help you to set manageable goals that you can work around your existing life in order to make it a smooth transition.
As an Artist, Emily loves to bring her creativity to sessions, this will, in turn, help you to create a life you love in a fun and exciting way.

You are a whole and complex person with may aspects to your life. Every conversation, every task and every step you make will be focussed on you as a whole person, looking at all aspects of your life.
Through creative conversations we will find ways to move forward that you never thought you would find. Discovering your own unique and creative voice.
Bring Calm and Structure
Through identifying your key goal we can strip away the overwhelm. Creating small steps to take with quickly and calmly get you to where you want to go.

How will it work?
An initial introductory session will start off the process. This will give you a chance to get to know Emily and for her to get to know you, what you want to gain from coaching and specific topics you may want to explore.
If you wish to move forward with the programme we will decide if a 4 session block or 8 session block would work best for you. Generally we are unable to offer one off sessions as we don’t feel you will see a lot of benefit and we want you to look at the long term.

Each session will last 50 mins and be conducted either face to face or via Zoom.
